Shelly's approach is to take the stress out of buying or selling a home by offering guidance and advice throughout the process. Shelly assists her buying clients with each step of the journey towards homeownership, from viewing prospective homes, to weighing the pros and cons of different properties, to financing the final purchase. As an experienced listing agent, Shelly has a proven track record of helping sellers get the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time. Shelly is committed to helping her clients reach their goals, whether they are first time buyers looking for a condo or TIC or owners seeking to sell a home that has been in the family for generations.

Shelly moved to San Francisco in 1986 after graduating from U.C. Berkeley, so she's very familiar with the geography of the city. She loves showing people the huge range of living spaces the city offers and helping them explore areas they may never have considered before. And, most importantly, Shelly knows how to help her clients navigate the unique challenges of San Francisco's ever-changing housing market.

Shelly joined Paragon Real Estate Group in November of 2008 after being with Hill & Co. for almost twelve years. While at Hill & Co., she was in the Top Producer group since 1999 and was one of the Top Ten Producers from 2002 to 2004, achievements that reflect how hard she works for her clients. Many of Shelly's new clients come as referrals from her present and past clients, which is a direct result of her dedication and tenacity as an agent.

Shelly is active in supporting organizations that help improve the lives of people in San Francisco, in particular two organizations: Home Away From Homelessness and EARN. She mentored a young girl and has raised money for Home Away. For EARN, she is on the Leadership Council of the Real Estate Auxiliary. This group focuses on asset-building for low-wage workers.

Shelly owns a home in Ashbury Heights, along with income property in San Francisco, Nevada and other areas of California. Shelly loves to walk her dog Clancy, spend time in the outdoors, and is an active patron of the arts, including music and modern dance.

One of Shelly's trademarks is the sense of humor she brings to the process of buying or selling real estate. While it's a serious business, she tries to help her clients enjoy the ride and have fun along the way!
